How is a buy-to-let mortgage different from a residential mortgage?
A buy-to-let mortgage is for a property you will rent out. Lenders usually assess the expected rental income as well as your own finances, and their criteria for deposits and affordability differ from residential lending.
Do you only work with landlords in Dundee?
No. We are based in Dundee and work with landlords and property investors across Scotland.
Which lenders do you work with?
We work with a range of lenders, including specialist buy-to-let lenders. Which ones suit you depends on your circumstances and the property.
